Sounds like The Vampire Diaries’ star Nina Dobrev thinks ‘today is a good day to die’, as she is reportedly keen to join the remake of the classic Nineties horror flick Flatliners.
The 27-year-old actress is allegedly in talks with producers on the new film, which may also star Ellen Page and Diego Luna.
The original starred Kiefer Sutherland and Julia Roberts as medical students who play God with their own lives, continuously ending them before their fellow students resuscitate in the nick of time.
Deadline report Nina will play Marlo, ‘an overachiever who is the top of her class’.
Niels Arden Oplev, the director behind the original The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, will helm.
